Return Policy
We offer a generous return policy to our valued customers.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Personalized merchandise is non-returnable; no refunds given. If a personalized item is defective in any manner, the exchange will be made for the exact same product. No change of products or substitutions can be made for defective items.
2. No Refunds on any merchandise will be given 30 days after purchase.
3. Shipping is non-refundable
4. Customer is responsible for cost of returning merchandise
5. No hidden restocking fees are applied.
6. Customer must have an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service
7. Customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise defects.

Before returning an item you must contact us to receive an RMA number!
